Vcds - fault code with telephone (77) driving me nuts

    Hi guys,

long time reader of this forum but first post!

I have a 2014 Caddy that came with Factory Bluetooth, but it only worked on the MFD as the car came with the RCD-210

I have now installed a new RNS-510, and its great, the mobile functions come up perfectly on the RNS, but my biggest issue is with Streaming Bluetooth Audio. when streaming everything works except i only get audio out of the right speaker. when making phone calls its fine and comes out of both, so its only related to music streaming

now i bought a Rosstech dongle last week and got this error code

    Address 77: Telephone Labels: 7P6-035-730.clb
    Control Module Part Number: 7P6 035 730 J HW: 7P6 035 730 J
    Component and/or Version: TELEFON H15 3200
    Software Coding: 0A11010000010110
    Work Shop Code: WSC 35110 790 50316
    ASAM Dataset: EV_UHVNA 002720 (VN35)
    VCID: 3957C5C3B8B036D69C9-806C
    1 Fault Found:

    9457427 - Left audio channel for speech/telephone
    B104F 13 [009] - Short to GND
Confirmed - Tested Since Memory Clear
    Freeze Frame:
    Fault Status: 00000001
    Fault Priority: 4
    Fault Frequency: 1
    Reset counter: 25
    Mileage: 15472 km
    Date: 2010.14.18
    Time: 08:42:40

what is weird is that listening to the radio, a CD or talking on the phone, the left channel works fine, so im thinking for some reason that this error is causing issues with the media streaming.

the other issue is that in adaptation, there is about 50 settings, but there all written in German, and when selecting Light ( left ) none of them show values.

has anyone had this issue before, or would know where to look next would be greatly appreciated.

Usually get that fault when you get the wiring pins in green(sometimes black) connector around the wrong way. Try swapping them and retest.
