I have a Ross-tech vagcom scanner and located in Port Melbourne if that helps.
Hi all I'm in need a canbus compatible scanner for a polo 6r, I've had an issue fixed that was throwing an error (egr valve) I've got a cel come up and want to make sure it's not the same issue before I'm "told" it's something new. I'm in Whittlesea but willing to travel within reason.

Hi friends,
Iīm Sebastian Murillo, a traveller from Chile. I recently bougth a VW GOLF of 2002, with 143.000 km. I really love th VW cars, in fact I have a VW Kombi from 1971 in my country, and it is like part of my family... hehehe. Now I have the following problem, so I really apreciate if one of you could help me.
The GOLF has not enough engine power/performance. Its difficult to gain speed and when is climbing or reverse in a hill i cant do it with out the hand brake (sorry my mistakes in mechanical words but my native lenguage is spanish, so..). I thought maybe the problem was dirty injectors, but i dont think that now, because i added on fuel a injector cleaner and nothing happens. Also, the exhaust gases indicator is turn on permanently. So maybe is the Lamda sensor, but i really dont know. I think i have to do an VAGCOM test.
So anyone here could helpme with this?. I'm a backpacker traveller, so i really donītn have too much money :/... and when i have to sell it in a few months, i donīt want to sell it with this problem to his next owner. The rest of the car it works amazing, it has a REGO until September.
Thank you very much!
Greetings!

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone arround sydney innerwest for coding some extras like auto CH, DRL + fog lights and so on willing to travel thanks
Hi!
I am completely new to this forum, and like most people probably, I got here looking for help with a problem.
As of two days ago my 2011 Golf VI Variant is showing me the yellow engine management / emission control warning light.
I have only recently purchased the car from a dealership here in Sydney and it is still covered under their 3 month after-sales warranty, so I have contacted them and arranged to bring it in for repair next Wednesday. naturally this had to happen just before the long Easter weekend
My problem is that with the warranty period ending in just a few weeks, I would very much like to prevent the dealership from simply resetting/clearing the error codes without rectifying the issue, in case it isn't an urgent problem and would then likely only pop up again as a warning light on the dash, AFTER my warranty period is over.
If I could at least run a VCDS diagnosis beforehand and go to the workshop with the specific fault codes, I would feel a lot safer that the required repairs will indeed have been carried out. Of course I have been holding off on buying a VCDS cable until now that I need it
Is there anybody with a Micro-CAN VAGCOM suitable for a 1K Golf in Sydney's Inner West, who would be willing to run a self diagnosis some time over the long weekend for me, in return for a case of brew or some wine?
Many many thanks in advance!
