The Russians have solved the problem! How I'm not sure.

From what I can make out in the translation, Russia is like Australia where TSR is blocked as a region.

If I get far enough with the coding I can get a "TSR not available in your region: Australia" error in my own car.

But somehow they've got a work around to enable Fusion mode: 403 — Доступ запрещён
