    Because your CANbus gateway is not correctly coded.

    You need to get your new gateway sorted out before you do anything else. So as you've posted, get hold of a genuine VCDS setup and try to resolve the coding. Creating new threads about variations on your issue is not going to get you closer to resolving it.
