Skoda spotted thread

Followed a blue fl RS through the harbour tunnel in the morning yesterday. I see hardly any in the eastern suburbs.

Mine (when it turns up) will frequent newy & port stephens pretty often and ill make sure i do a lap of the foreshore when im there!

spotted a cool White VRS Octavia on Lang St in Sydney CBD...going towards Clarence St. Rego was B*Y 2*A

2 Standard FL Octavia wagons today on Lytton Road Colmslie.

A silver one outbound about 10:30am and a saturn grey one about 1.30pm inbound.

Saw your clip on U Tube - you need to get the video camera out again and get some road time in on it - Love it.
As i am a Newcastle man patiently awaiting my new motor some time in December - I reckon you should get a Foreshaw thing happening over Christmas and then i can come along.

If i dont have mine by then it would be good to see all the Skoda's around - Hugely under estimated vehicle in my opinion.

My drive car is Blue RS TDG & it does from Maroubra Beach to Blacktown daily on weekdays & weekends usually in vicinity Eastern Suburbs I see a few around here today I saw Black Superb & Mist Green Octavia @ Maroubra Beach

Yeah I was going to do some more today but the weather being crap I think I'll wait for a nice clear sunny day. I'm going to re-shoot the clip, I'm going into Newy to take some footage, I wont give anything away just yet, but it should turn out fairly well.

Yeah something around Christmas time, good excuse to go into the beach/park in the foreshore area would be good. Will have to see how many Newcastle Skoda owners we can get together

Black Superb sedan outside Marrickville police station yesterday lunchtime

Must have been the great weather on Saturday.... I drove from Singleton to Eastwood on Saturday morning along the famed Putty Road (and damn if I didn't have me some fun in the RS!! Absolute driving heaven!! Not a backmarker in sight and the RS performed flawlessly during the belting I gave it, it just didn't let up) and when I got back to civilisation, I saw in the space of an hour:

* Black FL RS wagon on Old Windsor Rd just outside Norwest approx midday
* Silver FL Scout on Stewart St (near Dundas)
* then when I finally neared home, red pre-FL RS liftback on Russell St, Emu Plains

Great to see them all!!

Spotted a platinum grey Skoda superb combi 125 TDI...in my neighbourhood on Mowbray road in Lane Cove. I pulled over near their driveway and spoke with the owners. they have been very happy with it thus far
