    Fabia RS wagon opinions

What are people's thoughts on these? Thinking of one for the wife? Still unsure on the wagons look?!

I didn't really like the Fabia wagon but I saw a white RS in the city a month ago and it really changed my opinion on it. The tallness of the hatch lessened in my eyes and it looked good actually. They look especially good in silver. But really, for the price, nothing touches it in terms of practicality and performance.

I know what you mean re: the look.
To my eye it looks like it bends in the middle in profile...but then I've never seen one in person.
It's a shame because it offers pretty much what I'm looking for - a quick small car, but with large luggage space.
I have an Octavia 118tsi wagon which I'm very happy with, but if Fabia RS had been out at the time maybe I could have saved some cash.

And I agree with Jake, there's nothing like it for value, pace, and space. A Polo is just too small in the back (for my needs)

I've seen one in the bright blue (rockdale nsw) that looked quite nice. I dont think the optional black wheels would suit it.

Anyone knows the best price you can get for Fabia RS Wagon in NSW?
Thinking to buy one if the Wagon price can be better than Polo GTI.

It's still fairly new, I suggest you to wait a few months, you should be able to get 13-15% off the asking price. And get a few options as extra if you are lucky.

They are already discounting on carsales.com.au. No need to wait

I just wish we could delete the roof rails as they can in europe. Why did VWA decide we had to have them , when most people wont use them anyway!

They make the height look too tall, and if you get a darker colour they stand out like the proverbial...

You can. There is a green wagon at the Skoda dealership in Canberra with black roof rails
