Has anyone fitted front mud flaps to a Fabia Mk3 Monte Carlo?

Bought a set from SuperSkoda, rear banged on easily but the front won't line up because of the sill trim and I can't seem to find anything online about it. Nobody has posted any issues and can't see a variant specific for the MC. There's no way to fit them properly without taking a power tool to the mud flaps or the sill trim, neither very appealing to me!

Suggestions wlecomed.
