    Superb Wagon Wind Deflectors

    Hi

Does anyone know where I can buy a pair of (or four) wind deflectors for my 2010 Superb Wagon in Australia? All the ones I find online are in the UK, and are crazy prices.

    Cheers

Not sure what you call crazy prices but these, at 45 Euros for a set seem reasonable providing postage is not massive.

I was told by the local Skoda dealer that if there is a part that has a Skoda part number then it can be obtained. If the wind deflectors are a genuine Skoda part then order them from your dealer. I just fitted a set of mud flaps to my Superb Combi; $71 delivered to my door! I didn't realise I would have to take the wheels off to fit them but it was quite straight forward.

Has anyone managed to secure a set of these from superskoda? It doesn't seem that Skoda provides weather shields as a genuine accessory.

I've had a set installed on my previous car and they did come in rather handy.

Just purchased both sides from Super Skoda. You're right...they are handy and make the car look quite good. Fitted by my panel beater for free. (See thread in relation to minor damage to my rear bumper)

    Hilnic,

I don't know whether you've purchased your wind defectors yet but here's some photos of mine. Purchased through SuperSkoda and delivered within 6 days. Prices were reasonable.

    Hey Shakey

I took your advice and purchased a set of wind deflectors from SuperSkoda.

My only question is - how do the small metal clips work? Did you use them? Do they fit up inside the window channel to hold the deflector in place?

    Cheers

    Sorry Hilnic,

I had a minor scratch in my rear bumper. So I dropped the car into to a friends panel shop for repair. I threw him the wind deflectors and said, "While you're at it...fit these for me"

So I really don't know. I must admit...they are great on a cool day. My window is open but no cold air creeping in.
