    Superb Wagon Pricing

I've had a look at the Skoda website for driveaway pricing on the Superb Wagon, but (roughly) what price are people paying for them?

Im guessing, seeing as there is a waiting list, they are paying list price.

Not true, Skoda have to sell them somehow, lack of stock isn't a positive when you are trying to sell something like this. They aren't on a waiting list due to them being sold out, rather poor inventory/possibly premature launch.

I'd say around what you got in your deal for the RS will be applicable.

I was in a certain Skoda dealership two week ago in Melbourne. Just went in for a sticky as there was so much rave about the superb. Got the sales guy to give me a quote on the Superb wagon with sunroof and metallic paint and Columbus. Drive away price $49,500. The guy said if you order the 2011 version, columbus would be standard. That's a whole $5K off the rrp. They must be keen to shift them.

    Hi,
I've been reading this forum for a while as I am interested in replacing my 2004 Xtrail and I quite like the look of the Diesel 'Ambition' Superb Wagon. The Skoda website gives a RRP of $48,024.10 for Melbourne postcode - what sort of price have others been able to get this model for?

I'm not sure you'll find an Ambition owner; there are a few Elegance owners however. I'd like to say that Elegances are worth it in every way!

I wonder how many Ambitions they intend to sell? 1 per 100? Value for money is in the Elegance.

If I was looking for a new car now, I'd go the Ambition with a few extras, I could be wrong, but weren't all new Superbs coming with leather now?

All new Elegance models come standard with leather, sat nav and other upgrades. The ambition does not and the RRP between the two is minimal (2k-3k??) so I looked at the Ambition for all of 1 sec before deciding the better value was in the Elegance

That's right! The $5k difference is taken in by only two standard features of the Elegance (sat-nav and leather) let alone the bigger wheels, xenons, extra cupholders etc etc etc. Much better value!
