I've done this sort of thing before (on a couple of other cars) and you may find the easiest thing is to take your front bumper off so you can access from the inside.
I am colour matching the grills on my 2009 Superb to the colour of the car... Platin Gray. Today I sucessfully removed the main grill and painted it and returned it. Tomorrow I want to do the lower grill. I know there are two access ports on the side of the grill that you can just yank out to gain access to changing the bulbs on the driving lights... what about the middle piece...?? Anyone removed this before? Is so can you share your process with me...
Thanks in advance..
