    That's good to hear, i also made a complaint on facebook and was told someone would call me, but it has only been a week or so for me so obviously no call yet...

    They told me there Customer Service had previously been outsourced but it's now inhouse Skoda Australia.

    Interesting that I was complaining about how there brochures were often wrong and changed so much, without dates of print, you never know whats current or not. I was descibing the Annapurna Wheels that are optional on the Yeti. I told her the page number of the brochure I was emailed only 2 months ago. She could not find the page and said maybe she has an old brochure. That was exactly my point.

    If Skoda themselves cant get it right, how can them expect the dealers to get it right.
