Could be worth it - but it is due for the 60,000 service fairly soon (hopefully that will fix some of the DSG clunkiness) and I'd suggest a new battery soon could be a worthwhile investment. Otherwise, the MDI only works through one side of the speakers intermittently of course though, so could never replicate it at service but radio, CD and bluetooth is fine. Rear tyres (still original at 57k) will need to be replaced soon. Has always been serviced, cleaned regularly.
But it never let us down, and never left us stranded. If you could get it for a reasonable price, get the new battery in it, and have the 60,000km service done it could be a lot of car for the money.

Why? It sounds like a decent car if the price is right.

60k service inc DSG = $1k at a dealer. Lots less if DIY or Independant workshop.
Battery = $250 for a top of the range Varta

Well, it doesn't appear on Pickles anymore - so I assume it sold.
Will keep an eye out and see if it hits a dealer anytime soon.

If it's still on the lot closer to month end I imagine a good deal could be done. They would not have paid much for it. A lot worse cars around than this one I reckon. My preference was for a diesel wagon however couldn't say No to a 5500kms 9 month old Elegance Tsi at $25.5k.
