Job done, the issue was the engine oil cooler as suspected.
Aftermarket oil cooler replaced the original.
I recently purchased a 2013 superb 103 kw dsg 4x4 estate with 120000kms .
After a recent trip i noticed the coolant reservoir is full of brown fluid.
A bit of research has suggested a failure of the engine oil cooler.
Just wanted to see if anyone had any experience with this condition or repair.
Car is booked in next week for a diagnosis, bit dissapointed this is our third skoda and the others had performed admirably service wise.

Skoda Yeti 103TDI-DSG My 13,
Well i replaced the engine oil cooler. Now having pressuring problems perhaps that is why the cooler failed.
Now thinking Head Gasket, just dumping coolant and one hard to start and white smoke from the exhaust.
Seems strange at 120000 to blow a head gasket? Is this common?
thanks in advance.
Skoda Yeti 103TDI-DSG My 13,
The cylinder head gasket failure is not a common fault in the TDI engines.
Maybe you didn’t bleed the air properly out of the cooling system.

Thanks transporter
that was my initial thoughts so tried all methods. A hard to start and white smoke out the exhaust sort of nailed that theory.
