Yes. That was pretty much the same issue with my car. A clutch replacement and software update has seemed to resolved the issue for now. With mechatronics replacement, hopefully this issue is resolved for good. Make sure you bring it to their notice and try and get some work done.

Thanks, Oh yes we have. It's booked in for all of the above and a service. We will have a loan car from them, so they can take their time. booked in 2 weeks.

Hello Everyone,

A quick update. I got my Recall service done last week. Had to keep the car at the dealer for a few hours and got a courtesy car for the day. Skoda sent me a recall letter after I contacted their main office. An email to the service manager of the dealership in question seemed to do the trick and i got an email from the service consultant within 2 days saying he could book my car for a service within a week.

This issue is resolved now and i hope nothing plays up from now on
