    Thanks, Oh yes we have. It's booked in for all of the above and a service. We will have a loan car from them, so they can take their time. booked in 2 weeks.

    Hello Everyone,

    A quick update. I got my Recall service done last week. Had to keep the car at the dealer for a few hours and got a courtesy car for the day. Skoda sent me a recall letter after I contacted their main office. An email to the service manager of the dealership in question seemed to do the trick and i got an email from the service consultant within 2 days saying he could book my car for a service within a week.

    This issue is resolved now and i hope nothing plays up from now on
