Good service experience

Hi,

I had the Superb into Trivett Skoda Parramatta for 30K service today and had a really good experience.

I have to say they had excellent customer service.

I had an issue with the KESSY which was annoying me and a few things I mentioned. One of them was a "noise issue" at just off idle speed. I know noises are generally a) hard to track down and b) sometimes imaginary and I was kind of putting it down to being a diesel but they tracked it down and fixed it. I'm really happy about it, its a lot quieter in that rev range. Like a different car in heavy traffic.
