Genuine Skoda parts/accessories, where to buy?

    Hi All,

As with almost everything here, we paying double and sometimes triple comparing to other countries. So I was wondering if somebody had an experience of buying Skoda part/accessories online from overseas. Would be great if you could share your experience.

So far I have found 2 dedicated website for Skoda stuff:

    TUNING SHOP : superskoda.com

Welcome to Å*KODA E-shop cheapest by far, but looks like they only send it to Czech Republic, was wondering if there is forwarding services in Czech republic, similar to USA ones…

P.S. I’m fairly new on this forum, so my apology if this topic has been discussed already.

I would agree with Martin. I have bought a few things from SuperSkoda. They're prompt with emails. The stuff turns up well packed and what you ask for, in my experience. Their prices seem pretty competitive after looking all over the place and comparing European prices. The kicker as usual is the postage/freight, but I think their freight costs are pretty reasonable.

I think with the other link, I doubt they would sell you anything seeing it would be under-cutting the local Skoda dealers, etc. I could be wrong though.

In most cases, it's almost line-ball, comparing overseas stuff plus frieght, to dealership prices.

Only occasionally, have I found things like filters, to be cheaper overseas than here. Even then, you'd have to buy a bulk lot to get any sort of savings.

I bought the vanstyle shades for the Superb Estate from the UK. The final price inclusive of postage was 104GBP = 180AUD. Compare that with genuine Skoda shades where the complete and similar set of 6 shades would set me back nearly $800!

Hi Elektron. Can you tell me where you got your shades from? I have bought them before from hcautomotivegroup.com almost a year ago and they have doubled their price since then.

vanstyle.co.uk but I've just checked the site and it seems they're no longer stocking the shades. Shame as they really work very well.

They are very good. I have them for the Ambition now i need some for the Elegance. $800 is a bit much for a set of fly screens.

    SKODA

I've used them for VW retrofits, usually delivers to Melbourne in 4 business days. Otherwise search for stores on eBay.
