that's the bolero (RCD-510) unit.
yes it is possible to fit bluetooth.

9w7 is a popular choice. can b sourced from ebay. u'll need the one which comes with a mic, as the bolero does not come with voice-control.
have a look at carsystems - they have a few oem units.

then there is the fiscon units.
dealers also have a version, not sure which one.
