Wipers & Washer Pump problem on GT GOLF mk5 (not working)

Hi guys, if you could point me in the wright direction.

My rear wiper and washer pump (front & back) don't work.
My front wipers work just fine.

I have tested all my fuses and they all work. I pulled the washer pump out and tested on 12V independent and found the pump to be operational just fine (loud and noise as they normally operate) .

Should I be looking at some sort of relay somewhere? My VCDS diagnostic doesn't show anything wit this subject matter at all.

I have further isolated the two fuse seats at 41 and 42 that control windshield washer pump and cigaret lighter are inactive,... although the 20A fuses are in correct position and working (tested in another slot and multimeter) .
Is there a reason why entire line in a row in Fuse box would be inactive?

Update,
I have bypassed the two fuses with direct wire connection of the battery positive to the two seats.
Everything worked perfect. Obviously all the components work ( pump, motors etc), but the power is not getting to the second last row (fuse box) 41, 41, 42 ,43, 44, 45//
Does anyone have a clue here how I should proceed. Does this sound like the wiring issue or possibly J519 Control Module.

Could be a bad stalk.

Go into the Steering Wheel Electrics Module with VCDS, and see if it's reading the switch positions.

also check your bonnet switch is working correctly and make sure it has a good earth at the pump wiring..

I have excluded the switch positions as they are operational in my isolated tests when I connect direct 12V at the 41, 42 positions at fuse box seats fro the two in questions. All operations behave as should once bypassed.
I'm suspecting at the J519 module. Specifically cluster of wires connecting to the (I) fitting location.

VDub, the bonnet switch is fine and working ok.
How would I test the Earth on the pump wiring?

with a multimeter from battery positive to pump earth...you should get battery voltage if earth good

I'm just concerned why the entire row of fuses from position 40 is inactive

I have done the test and the voltage on the pump is there.
Its seems that I'm not getting any power to my 3c8937049AB (j519) control unit.
Everything else works but the dual wash pump, rear wiper and cigaret lighter as on the same section of the power board.
ie, it affects all the fuses in 41, 42, 43

how do I tackle this now.

Pm me a Vin mate, and ill give you an idea where to be looking. If all fuses in a row aren't powering up then it definitely sounds like either a relay or supply fuse.

Give me the VIN, what exactly isn't working and where you do/don't have power & earth.

Also, unplug the relevant connector from J519, and check for a bent terminal pin. Have seen a few of these in the past.
