pulled 3 damaged rims off ( yes 3 ) and put stockies back on. also pulled provent catch can off because it won't effing go anywhere and I'm over it.

Fitted my new tail lights last night, but as they are for LHD, I need to extend and swap the cables for rear fog and reverse lights.

Will the Provent fit up against the firewall behind the battery? A few people have mounted catch cans there on GTI's and R's. I know the Proventil is a bigger unit but it's worth a try?? If not, then have you tried the vacant space behind the passenger side lower bumper area?

How do you like your DNA remap sawden? I just purchased one this week (currently waiting on the revised files to come from DNA in the UK).

i really dont need the provent,
i have egr system disabled via my tune,
and my inlet tract has never really gotten dirty.

Installed my Bluetooth 9wZ kit.
Only broke 3 pins on those stupid clips plastic riveted on the back of the radio facia.
But I have 1 screw left over !!!

Found my Fuse removal tool inside the side panel on the Passenger side of the dash... I was wondering where it is.

A Nice supprise was finding out my RCD510 has the 26pin Video socket so it is RVC capable ... Yay - new mod!

YES - but you have to make a bracket.

in preparation for future Mods...
I killed 2 birds today by installing a Twin Power Socket unther the dash behind the fuse box (stealthy dedicated power for GPS etc)
and
a Switched 12 power wire for my LED's DRL and Gauges.

Did this by adding 2 terminal wire in the fuse box, so each has a fuse.
