Cause my car gets parked outside all of the time and hasn't seen a proper detail in about 2 years

I prepared for The Zombie Apocalypse in my Mk 5 today!

I had a mate design these to be made into vinyl cut stickers, a different take on the Afrika Korps palm tree emblem of WW2..

But then found this on eBay

    http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI....#ht_1466wt_941

SO I went with the eBay one instead, saves me stuffing around getting the stickers made!

I think I may wash the car today too.. grubby much!

Fitted the rear door blinds to the MK V with the assisstance of mate Cory. Actually, I was the Tradies Assisstant. A very tricky job, not as easy as it seemed in the instructions.

Roller blind in the down position.

The blind in the raised position.

They look pretty good, can I ask where you got them from and how much were they, they would be great for protection for my little girl in the back seat, I presume they are available for Golf (by you sig I figure you have a POLO).

    Thanks,

    Rick

That white car doesn't look Black Magic to me

Why would you add all those hard & pointy bits as "protection"?

Window tint - UV protection, eye protection & broken glass protection all the way around and no moving parts to break

Drove my New Golf 2.0L TDI to Horsham and back, got good mileage of 6L/100 even with some spirited driving!

    Now for some sexy alloys.......

Tint to get applied (was too impatient to wait the extra days)

    buy & Fit a Satnav,

buy & Fit a SharkFin, and

buy & fit a set of Angel Eyes.

Hmmmmmmmm, hope my wife doesn't read this post, this was supposed to be a second car (for those just in case moments, sold my Audi A4 lasy year to justify buying a Triumph Bike, Oh Well - Toys!)

Because I have had a UV meter inside a car and checked the difference of what still gets through tint (Long story used to manage a large fleet of cars), for me I don't give a rats, but my 17 month old daughter different story altogether the less UV the better, but still a good point you make about more point bits to break!

on the white car pickup, yeah good point, attention to detail was lacking.

My girls are 8 & 12 & very responsible, but they'd just trash that blind thing (it looks very '80s to me).
