Had mine washed and cleaned at Caltex Hand Wash, corner Murray and Albert Rds, Preston. Not cheap, but the car looks like new!

Make sure you don't use the supplied double sided tape as it is not thick enough to make contact along the plastic sill there currently, and also suggest cleaning the surface well with iso-alcohol.

Thanks for the tip. Barneybot used the supplied tape but also used some silastic, which did the job.

I have some auto double sided tape, may be better off doing that.

I used silicone in & around the tape - tape held it in place until the silicone dried.

    +1 for the alcohol clean.

They look good. And interestingly people seem to lift their feet over them, rather than scratching them. I guess 'cause they can see where the sill is now - before it was a dark grey background?

Subjected my baby to wet weather driving - now it's a bit dirty

Used the seat heaters again Damn, they are better than could be imagined - remembering that my first car (FC) didn't even have a heater and that was in Tassie........

    Auto wipers are fantastic too
