Mechanical gauges are almost all bit inaccurate unless you go really high end ones. I have a new south gauge as well but with osir vent pod. It can be up to 4 psi difference at full boost

Thanks mate What did you do to your Mk5 today?. I will most probably be modifying it a VW cover (properly of course)

It touches ever so slightly on the the corner of the pod filter housing. If it were just 1mm smaller it wouldn't touch at all. Perfect fit What did you do to your Mk5 today?

I'll take a pic of the clearance and shoot it over to you when I get home

I've had the same issue with my charge pipe coming off quite frequently.

When it happens on a diesel it feels as though you are driving a 1980 gemini diesel lol

Mine boosts at 22psi in 4th gear. Then it goes down to 15 and holds there.. does that sound normal? Had some weird stuff happen to the car since I got it installed. Twice I lost all power, it felt like the car went into limp mode. Had no power at all, felt like the turbo wasnt working. Top speed was like 100km/h. Still don't know what the issue was.

Yeah mine was reading around the same when I had the k03 sometimes it got to 25psi. Don't exactly know what the correct boost pressure peaks at but it definitely drops off quite significantly

When I got the k04 it would go past 30psi sometimes and I know that's wrong because k04 stage 2+ tune is around 22psi.
    so I ripped it out.

I swear I thought I lost a bit of power too, never went into limp mode or completely lost power, just felt not as zippy. thinking the boost gauge lines had a leak or something. Another reason why I ripped it out

Are you running an aftermarket diverter valve?
