dropped it off at VW for a 60k service with 45k on the clock...picked it up after handing over 1800 buck

What do you drive and who did the service? Seems over the top unless extras were done. Is it DSG?

Must be the dsg service as that's normally around $1600 unless you go see Mike Webber or Jmac.

yeah had DSG done and normal service...@ Austral VW, Newstead.

60k is 4 years - timing belt as well?

I am having 60k service done at Norris Kedron 1 December. My first choice was Mike Weber, but he is 50ks from me and I just can't get their between now and Christmas.

They have quoted the price (much,much less than $1800). I will post the price after it has been done with feedback on how it all went.
