VW's 3 Year Extended Warranty

It'd be easier if they just said the warranty starts from the day the car is registered, regardless of who registers it.
I would of happily gone along thinking that since the owner purchased a 'new' car in April, it would be 3 yrs from April, but this isn't the case.

I usually give him a call. He is very busy so calling him yields a quicker response.

Couldn't agree more with triode12.

I contacted Jamil who referred me to Rashid. Contacted Rashid by email and it was all done in the blink of an eye. Got my VW New Car Extended Warranty today at the price of $1438.90

Been quoted $1850 for my MY08 Golf GT TDI DSG, higher than what was offered Jaz (from Wollongong). Apparently she has moved to another department.

Has anybody purchased a warranty lately?

And by the way, which one applies to my golf, "new vehicle extended warranty" or the "used vehicle extended warranty"?

If your vehicle is still covered by the original "factory new car warranty" I recommend you go for the "new vehicle extended warranty" as I just did myself.
