VW's 3 Year Extended Warranty

Spoke to Jamil today and he is still able to sell VW extended warranties.
As a matter of fact, he sold 6 of them last week to forum members!

Just got ours from Jamil today, and agree with those who say he is on the money.
Thoroughly recommend for price (unchanged) and service, - I mucked up some details.
Just hope we don't need it.

My 3 years is up in August 2010 - anyone got a recent price on an extended new car warranty for a 2007yr Jetta 2.0 TDI DSG to give me a rough starting guide?

Thanks for the info Dan. You didn't get any local (I'm in Newcastle/Hunter area as well!) prices did you, eg Klosters or Hunter VW? I was going to give them a chance for a price to see what they can come up with.

You do know that you can buy the warranty from either Jaz or Jamil w/o leaving your home right?
And that the warranty is not tied to one dealership or state?

The only other quote I got was from Tamworth. They wanted RRP (over $1900).
