    Sydney Key Replacement Options

    Hey all

I tried to buy a key from the sydney ebay seller who also does the coding. No reply for weeks then eBay refunded me.

What options do us sydney people have?

    I have VCDS

    Cheers!

Pretty sure VW Village can do keys for you.
What is the current status of your keys?
Do you have one working and want a second one, or have one that is working and one broken (if so how is it broken, which part doesn't work?)

    Hey Kamold

I have a working key, just need a spare. Only having one key scares me

I'm almost certain that VW Village have the tools required to match a brand new key to your immobilizer.

From what I know it's VAGTacho that you need to code keys and not VCDS.

VAGTacho is only good for older clusters up to immo4 (very early mk5).
Newer clusters from immo4c on I think need something like VVDI or FVDI.
