Hi all,
As the subject states I have a strange clunk noise and feel coming from front suspension area when i first accelerate from a set of lights and when I pull the car up.. (In normal everyday driving)
Also when i am driving along the same issue can sometimes develop into a violent vibration that I can stop normally by applying the brakes. This has mainly been brought about on a bumpy bit of road but not always.
This whole issue started 5 days ago and is getting worse and more frequent.
I had it a mechanic yesterday and they drove the car a experienced the issue but after checking the things they first thought it might be they were left scratching their heads, this was at 4pm on a Friday though.
I have to take the car back on Monday but I am concerned that they couldn't immediately find the issue.
Any ideas??
The car is a DSG 2.0 FSI and I have recently gone stage two so I won't be surprised it the extra torque has brought about this current problem. The car has 46000K on the clock.
Help !!!!!!
