Use as many mk4 R32 / Bora parts as you can as it will be easier .
The return on the MK5 is in the fuel filter , the mk4 is in the rail . The mk4 doesnt have a module like the mk5 .

Thanks for the advice B_r..
Spoke to Motec this morning about using their brand and arrived at an estimated cost of $5-6k including hardware
,installation and tuning time. This at least gives me a benchmark to work from as I further explore utilising the factory ECU.
I'm on the lookout for a fuel pump control module if anyone in Melbourne knows of a used one available.
Ideally an expert in factory ECU's/ sensors etc. would be a huge help at this point.
I'll continue the search.
Heres where I'm at currently...

Well...
Some time has passed and now reached a major milestone..
It lives....!
My latest question is.... Can an electronic throttle controller from another VW ie..Polo , work in lieu of the Mk5 one...??
Space is limited in the foot well of the cabin and it would be better if I can use a smaller pedal..
