    Resonator Delete or Alternatives

I have a 2.0 FSI (non turbo) and have been wanting to change the exhaust (noise wise - not so much interested in a performance boost) for a while now. I know that a resonator delete is a cheap and easy way to do this, but has anyone done this to an FSI rather than a GTI / R32? If so, what are your experiences? Thanks

I have a MKV GTI 08 I took off my muffler and it sounds awesome. It doesn't drone but most people do the resonator delete, your call. Go to the exhaust shop and get them to cut off the muffler, if you like it leave it off, if not do the resonator delete.
