Well 2 of your faults are related to misfires. A new set of spark plugs and ignition coils would be a cheap way to almost guarantee a fix for these. About $200 for everything and you can install yourself. The ignition coils on these engines are notorious for failing, and yours have done 90+ thousand km's so they have lasted quite well.

Bear in mind that with around 100k on the odometer you might be looking at some of these issues (fuel error and misfires) being related to carbon buildup on the fuel injector tips and inlet valves.

The boost pressure one is the same fault i get on one of my cars occasionally - doesn't seem to affect anything so i just leave it.

Your fuel measuring fault could be due to a high pressure fuel pump that needs looking at or the fuel pressure valve/fuel filter. There is a small part (looks like a sewing thimble) than needs replacing every few years under the high pressure fuel pump. Also when was your fuel filter last changed?

hi - thanks for the quick reply.
Ok will replace the coils and the plugs. Where is the best place to get these from? Last time the filter was changes was about 20k ago. is that part ( thmble) an easy part to replace?

Ignition coils (set of 4) : R8 Coil Pack (Red "E" Series) (4 pack) - BMR Autowerkes (red go faster )

Spark plugs you can get them off ebay for about $60 for all 4. Either NGK Iridium BKR7EIX or NGK Platinum PFR7S8EG. Ive used both in Mk5 GTi and both work perfectly fine.

The "thimble" is actually called a cam follower. If you follow my DIY here it is quite easy to change yourself if you are handy and have some basic tools. Autotech HPFP Upgrade full DIY guide with pics (you only have to follow this guide until point # 12). You can get them from: Bold-Sport.com :: Fuel Pump Cam Follower (2.0TFSI)

Mate you can have another problem that causes misfire.
If car have boost pressure control valve mechanical malfunction that can cause misfire
I would look for first sorting that valve, cause spark or coil would misfire in all revs not just under load
    Cheers

It's only logged the misfire twice. If the services, filter changes & spark plug changes are up to date and the car appears to be running satisfactorily then I'd just clear the codes & see what happens.

    Is the car running OK?

Lucas has told you where to go shopping.

Denso Iridiums from Ebay are a bit cheaper again if you are on a budget. IK22 should be right but double check NEW Denso IK22 Iridium Power Spark Plugs 4 Pack JDM 5310 SET 4 Piece | eBay

Fuel filter should be good for 60k minimum unless your fuel is absolute rubbish but if you really want to change it Skoda Yeti 5J 1 8 TSI 4x4 UFI Fuel Filter 08 09 | eBay - it's not hard to change - find a youtube video or look for a DIY with photos.

If it's still logging missfires on the same cylinder after the plugs and coils have been replaced, I'd be looking at doing an injector. Becoming common enough now as the cars are aging. Also do an intake clean.
