MFD says refuel now

Seen many of the other faulty guage threads but couldnt find one like this.
Car has 3/4 tank of fuel. Done 90k's on tank so far............MFD says "Refuel now"
I will scan later but has anyone had the same isuue?

Better do as you're told or she'll get cranky...

Any other symptoms at all? Have had the fuel gauge/warning go crazy, but was in conjunction with a bunch of other faults caused by a failed ABS module.

And is the fuel gauge showing empty or is it just the refuel warning?

Could be a sender unit issue.

While not common, they do fail.

Fuel gauge working OK. No codes present.

A week later, and display issue has gone ?
First real gremlin its had.
