I installed the lights under the rear seats, door panels with kits from bold-sport.com Their prices are good and delivery quick. So far everything is great that I have bought from them. They are in China but are one of the good guys.
My wife was recently given a Golf mk7 as a loan car, it had nice crisp bright LED's.
I'd like to add these to my car, what are your recommedation? A local (australian) supplier would be preferred.
Thanks for any advice,
Alan.

Hey Fatherless One,
I'm thinking along the same lines and am currently replacing all of the exterior bulbs with new, better versions. I had a brake light bulb blow last week and in checking all the others, realised that they are all original and getting quite dim. Now that the rear lights are all bright and shiny again, it's made me realise that the interior lights need fixing up too.
The only complete kit I've found is on the ECS website but the shipping makes it tough. I did find another kit (US site) which seemed to be better in terms of making sure the fade in/out still worked etc but they don't ship outside of the US.
I would be interested in what other people post here as suggestions.

These sound good, but then it's another $30.00 postage.

I'd like to know if they slowly dim when turning off though.
I got the ones from Bold Sport. One of the first mods I did for the car after I got it
Here are before/after pics (taken with same manual exposure and white balance settings each time)
Can't remember if they dim slowly or not.
I've actually turned off the auto door function now as the LED lights were too bright and blinded me everytime I turned off the engine!
Great photo's swing.
Where did you buy your LED's?
Would you mind checking the dimming feature for me?
Yep. That's a great endorsement of fitting LEDs!

Can I suggest that the LEDs in the MK7 will be better than the bold-sport ones.
I have Phillips LED bulbs in my number plate. They were 20 EUR shipped, but they are not garish, not over bright and VERY well made i.e. Ceramic Heatsink onto a proper circuit.
Maybe try an find someone who has the latest ETKA and find the part numbers? Otherwise, I have all Philips BlueVision Halogens in my MK5 interior and the light is better, but not like a 7-11 after a night on the town.
We do all the required LED upgrades you can think of. We are local and always have stock. We can even arrange installation if you are in Sydney.
