Does Australia only get the 30mm H&R sports springs and not the 50mm SuperSports?

Sadly I can't afford Coilovers after buying new rims and am looking for a cheaper alternative so lowered springs are my only option are there other brands that people might recommend?

Also is the drop measured from wheel arch to the top of the tyre?

Not sure man, I got mine from ECS tuning from US, so I got whatever they have there..
