Unhappy Gaskets Required for ASV and EGR Removal, Clean and Re-assembly (2.0L TDI 125kw)

Hoping someone can help? Realise this is not the "CC forum" but the issue is related to my ASV and EGR and I can't find the info I'm after on forums or the internet - need part numbers for gaskets I will need if I remove both my anti-shudder and EGR valves and clean them. Not sure if I should also remove and clean the inlet manifold?

I have a 2009 Passat CC 2.0L TDI 125kW (CBB120323 engine) with 6spd DSG. This engine has the ASV and EGR at the front and middle of the engine and they both look easy to access and remove (have seen YouTube videos). If I remove the ASV and the EGR I need to know what gaskets I will need to buy beforehand? I presume you can't re-use the old gaskets?

Is there anything else I need to look out for on this job? Keen to do this myself as the vehicle stalled at the lights a while ago and the VW mechanic said he had to remove and clean out the ASV as it was blocked (cause of the stall) and would likely need cleaning again along with EGR!

Want to save money this time around and do it myself!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The gaskets are re-usable providing you don't damage them.

Thanks, okay will take extra care! Is it a big step to move on to the inlet manifold after removing and cleaning the ASV and EGR?

Yeah, it's a pain. All the injector lines will need to come off.

Will cause issues if you don't have your wits about you.
