Boot won't open, can someone help me troubleshoot?

Found the broken wire!



Thinking about the best way to patch up the wire, old fashion strip and twist wires together and cover with electric tape, or maybe use a crimp connector. The wire is super small though. I'll figure it out just thinking out loud.

And going to buy some Car Builder fabric loom tape to wrap the harness back up as per your suggestion.

While I'm there I'll patch up the other damaged wires before they break

Fixed, boot opening is working.
Great advice for the fabric tape, all looking nice and neat now.
