Strangely there is barely any torque steer, partly i'd say due to traction control kicking in and also from not having a LSD. Never had a fight with the steering wheel so far. In the wet is really up to your right foot, if your nice to it not really any different to standard. If your not or turn off ESP you can spin in 4th still.
And i wouldn't worry too much about top end as there's power everywhere all the way through. Just huge surges of the stuff and with the DSG i've been caught a few times changing up just at the same time the car does cos it gets to redline so much faster. And it still pulls hard even though its one gear higher than optimum.
