That's a GTI headlamp, with the black backing.
I have some but they need new lenses as they are crusty on the inside.
You can pull them off and replace them but it's a lot of effort

By lens, do you mean the outer clear plastic "case" of the headlight?

I'd like a pair too - my GT's right hand lens has scratches right across them.
They're the silver (Jetta) style, but black GT Sport/GTI wouldn't fuss me.
Difficult sourcing them at a reasonable cost online, as they're quite often LHD.
