Bought the car, very happy.
Noticed after purchase that the car doesn't have the Jetta and TDI badges on the back, was this standard for this model? There are no signs that they have been taken off. Either way, is there somewhere online that sells these badges?
In addition, I've heard about relatively cheap head units from the newer golf/jetta's, where are they best sourced from?

Jettas are really nice, what car did you have previously, and what others did you consider ???
Which colour is it,I think you got it for a good price.
Thanks Anthony. Yes, I am very happy with it. It is that grey/very dark blue colour, with full leather interior and heated seats. Have already had a few comments from friends/family asking if it was new! Only had 1 previous owner and full dealer service history, so hopefully that all works out well (touch wood).
Given the price of the used Jetta's, after a while that was all I was considering pretty much. Started off looking at Lancers, i30's etc which are similar in price but obviously very different, then compared golf's with jetta's and actually preferred the Jetta's looks. Then it was just a matter of finding the right one, and it came up within about 3 weeks of looking!
Somewhere our wires have crossed.
I'll say it as clearly as I can.
If you don't buy from an overseas online seller (there are dozens) then you'll have to buy from VW Australia spare parts. This will require you to visit a bricks & mortar vehcile dealership franchises with a spare parts department. VW Australia don't have an online retail presence. Maybe one of the Australian dealership franchises has an online spares presence but I'm not aware of one.
