    2.0 FSI Turbo - Missing Air Intake Inlet Cover

    Seems to be a very common thing with this intake design. It's such a poor design. :face palm:

    Are there any negative long-term consequences from driving around without it on?

    So you are missing the section right behind the grill ? or just the top bit of it ?
    You may be taking air from under the bonnet rather than from the grill, so possibly a little bit hotter than normal.
