    I have a good (legal) tint, our rear facing seat had a shade that came with it and when they became forward facing I literally gave them sunglasses....problem gone.

    Yes and it defies solar principles that soomething black inside the glass can help cool the car. At best it could keep the sun off you and the interior. However, if you did want those kind of screens they are cheaper than ones on ebay and elsewhere.
