    Mine's 5 months old tomorrow!! (Happy b'day!)
Zero rattles. Well, except the drink bottle and torch in passenger door. Kinda surprised, actually.

We should start a 'what do you keep in your 500 various compartments thread' (although this is sort-of turning into one). My door pocket has a small umbrella and a couple of DVDs for the RNS510. VCDS cable might be hidden in there too atm. Better take it out before people start looking for me.

I've found the rear door panels rattle in the wagon. The dealer fixed the passenger side as it was noticeably louder than the right.. but it seems it's where the pocket meets the rest of the door skin.. it's not moulded to it but just sits up against it.. A little volume with bass and it seems to rattle.. I've got the fader to the rear a bit.. and the bass is one step above middle.. Anyone else notice this?

Other than that ours doesn't have any rattles.. At it's first service the other week at Bryan Byrt at Mt Gravatt I managed to get the waste gate rattle sorted without any hassles!

I have had both the old large and new small etags in my car and they both work from inside the top dash storage compartment on both Citylink and Eastlink. I have also used my tags in the compartment in loan Skodas and they have worked in those cars.
The trick is that the tag must be oriented correctly. The side that normally faces the windscreen must be up when the tag is inside the storage compartment.

Well, speaking on behalf of my son in law; his MY11 RS at 27,000km is still rattle free.

K1W1, with my luck if I put the tag in that compartment it would rattle

94,000km. No rattles in summer but I get a squeak in the dash for about 2 months in winter.

Good thread Brad, thanks mate. Hopefully won't need to use it, but good to know its here.

We have done nearly 30000k in 2 years and 10% has been on ho-hum dirt tracks so I'm pretty happy to report very few issues..

I have a few quiet rattles from the back over rough going, I'm pretty sure its just the cargo blind. But I honestly I don't expect anything less from rough roads and low profile tyres.

We have a squeak from the rear left passenger seat after we've lowered the seats and then put them back up. It is locked in, but requires someone to sit in the seat for it to stop squeaking - then its gone until the next time we lower/raise. I've thought about hitting the area with silicone spray, but need to remember to put the can in the car (it's always fixed on the road).

We've also had the LH dash squeak. It seems to come back every 6 months, I just give it a light spray of silicone around the bolts and its quiet again (lazy man's solution). It's probably not great for it but meh.

122,000km also suprisingly few rattles. Cargo blind does on big bumps (im talking proper dirt roads) and the left rear seat was rattling too until i realised it was just that it wasnt actually being clicked back in properly.

Nothing from the dash ever.... maybe in '07 the workers were happier?

I have a "what a bastard" angle to go into my driveway, and all the door seals squeak when I enter/leave - but I havent been in any car that doesnt do that on my driveway (lifts the inside rear wheel aswell). The Skoda is by far the quietest car i've been in in terms of the entry to my driveway actually.

A mate has had a couple of beemers that are pretty much impossible to get up the drive they should use it as a chassis torsion test.
