    VRS Wagon on Eibach Springs?

    Hey guys,
Looking to lower my 09 VRS wagon a little. Been looking at the Eibachs as they supposedly have good comfort levels but apparently they only drop the car 20mm lower than stock? Has anyone got any photos of their VRS on these springs? Would be greatly appreciated if you do

Also, if anyone has tried any other kind of lowering springs happy to hear your experiences and their comfort levels etc.

    Cheers
    Simon

    Yes, have just done mine

Here is the report I did on Skodamodderz Facebook page - you should join us if not there already

Well after spending a few hundred k’s in the car today I can confirm that the ride is firmer as expected, small bump compliance is still there and the larger bumps are still dealt with easily.
The car sits noticeably flatter in corners and the steering is now much more direct (I do have an aftermarket sway bar also set to its firmest setting)
Ride height - the car has settled evenly all around with the front dropping 25mm and the rear 10mm giving an even 2 finger gap all around
I understand the Sportline kit gives approximately another 10mm all around, but with the 35k I spend a year in the car for work it needed to remain comfortable & practical

The build quality and finish of the Eibach springs is worlds apart from the previous numbers of King’s & Pedder’s springs I have fitted. They are an exact match and fit to factory mounting points and even come with a shortened bump stop for the front struts

Car also has spacers fitted 40mm rear 30mm front so my wheels do fill the guards correctly
