How can you get a Stage 3 R32 when it is NA?

I thought all FL's were not able to be tuned on the car or via the Bluefin style handset....

no, petrol models have no problems using the consult port. diesel models MAY need to be bench tuned due to the ECU being locked or something.

Zei20t bought my old Bluefin hanset and flashed his TSI vRS about 10months ago. His car was pretty brand new at the time.

With the TDI's, one of my brothers has a 2012 TDI 103kw Octavia and we got John from DNA tuning to tune it and it had to have the ECU removed and bench flashed.

yes I did, and its still going fine!
