    Thanks

I had the Enki wheels painted the same colour as the car (with a big brake kit behind them)

    Carbon wrapped the roof racks

Lots of carbon wrap inside also

A lot of us have stage 1 or 2 tunes - it's a but more tricky and costly for the diesel

The TDI125 ECU needs to be unlocked - I had a good experience with VW Village in Kensington for my Revo tune. They don't like doing Stage 2 though - DPF removal.

Not true - Stage 1 (Revo as an example)
    $150 for unlock
    $799 (or $899?) for tune

    Stage 2 = +$49 ($99?) for difference.
Petrol requires change of downpipe (+$400-$1,000), diesel only requires removal of DPF so stock downpipe can be reused.

Just one minor problem, removing the DPF is illegal...

Could u feel a big difference with stage one?

Also a question i bought a car that is build march 2012 but compliance date is nov 2013. From my understanding is that the car is 2012 my12 not my13 but on the sale of contract states my13.

so when i sell it few years down the road is it my 12 or my 13? Can anyone chime in ?

Couldn't really feel much of a difference in 0-100 times, but felt much beefier when in traffic and you put your foot down a little.
Manual or DSG? that would also make a difference.

March 2012 (03/12) is MY12. MY13 starts at 07/12. Mine was built 07/11, so its MY12. (Financial year)
