I believe so, at least from reading golfmk7.com forums. Basically, you can put together a collection of OEM parts that include parts from the TTRS clutch. This is an alternative to getting an uprated after-market clutch, and they believe that some of those kits are doing the same thing (OEM parts slightly modified). One such highly rated clutch is the RSR Clutch from HS Tuning:

Do you have any photo of the underside of your car? I'd love to see the difference in exhaust setup to standard so I can try to emulate in the aftermarket. The APR drop in 'turbo muffler delete' seems to be a lot off effort for little gain in value or exhaust note improvement. I'm looking for a little more noise without being rude. I think the RS230 achieves this but i'm not sure exactly how.
From the other forum, RS230 has a smaller diameter cylindrical mid muffler as opposed to the prism like mid muffler on the RS220, length wise is the same I believe.
I don't believe the turbo muffler delete does anything in regards to the muffler note, its more for the noise of the turbo itself. I might be wrong here.
If you want improvement on the exhaust note, changing mid muffler is the easiest and cheapest way, I did and is very happy with the result. Find one that is steel packed and the longest you can fit there (OEM is 24 inch long). Newer RS has a band clamp around the mid muffler instead of one solid pipe, which makes things a bit simpler.

You might want to use a selfie stick or jack one side up to take a photo, it's very tight down there.

Thanks for posting that link, had a read through it all. Looks like the rear silencers have different part numbers also. It would be a big job to swap is all over to RS230 parts. Might try and have a look under mine to see there there is a slip join with a band clamp as per 99Reza's suggestion either end of the centre muffler. Id like to make is as easy as possible to put back to stock if it doesn't work out.
