All I do is have my phone and listen to CD's.
The Yeti 103TDI has the Bolero radio as standard (contrary to what their brochures say) which has the SD card slot and the 6CD changer as well as touch-screen functionality. It's a top radio and as KIWI pointed out, all Skodas have the AUX input which means that you control the source from the source and not the car (as opposed to the MDI).
