The other thing I'm thinking is that the bump stops might need a small amount taken off them. Say for a 20mm drop, 10mm off the bump stop.
It just feels a bit like under hard thumps there's a sudden stop at the end.

I used to think I was anal-retentive until I started getting involved in car forums
2012.1 Skoda Octavia VRS DSG Wagon - Carbonio cold air intake and pipe - HPA Motorsports BBK 355mm rotors 6 pot calipers
APR Stage II ECU - APR 3" exhaust down pipe & high flow catalyst
APR/HP Roll bars - Eibach springs and Bilstien shocks
Supaloy lower control arms - Enkei 18*8 Wheels
So is anyone having these problems with the eibach 20mm lower springs on the rs wagon while using the correct part number for that car?
No - the Eibach springs are good

I'm having no issues at all. Been more than a yr.
Don't forget, the 20mm eibach prokit was a Skoda accessory in Europe. It IS designed to be used with the oem shocks, for the vRS models at least.
The non-vrs octavias would get a bigger drop, and hence won't b a good idea with those stock shocks.
Yep, I have the eibach springs with OEM shocks.
I like the ride... But I don't have a baby on board.
The only prob that makes my ride firm is the 19" wheels and tyres. In hindsight I would have stayed with 18" rims... But I really liked the wheel style so I went 19". They look great, but do make the ride firmer.
The guys at eibach were great to deal with.
2018 Ralyee Green RS wagon. Fully optioned.
Previous vehicles:2015 Volvo V60 Polestar (my one detour from VW/Skoda!)
2013 Platin grey RS wagon / 2012 White Polo GTI / 2009 Black 125 Tiguan
So for those that have the Eibach lowered springs with stock shocks, can I ask, do these lowered springs assist in anyway with more front wheel traction/less axial tramping etc, or are they purely for handling (cornering)?
