The link is for the Sportline springs which are linear (and why they can give another 25mm drop on the std vRS).
The ProKit only gives a further 10-15 mm drop on the vRS (I really doubt there's 20mm drop)
Neither ProKit nor Sportline will (officially) work on your 4x4 which makes me wonder "Why do you ask 2 dogs?"

Sorry, I'm confusing you with the Taswegian.
To the best of my knowledge Pro-Kit for the Octavia are progressive wound coils. It's best to double check with your supplier as there were some Eibach Prokit that were linear wound. Apparently they were "Euro-Spec".
To confuse the issue more, ProKit are generally painted black but some are painted red... and vice-versa for the SportLine.
Sportlines still available but according to the blurb they are progressive too!!! (WTF? - They look linear but it might be a "stock" photo.)

UK sites all state progressive, although I do note the first link below has a picture of linear springs but the words say progressive.
2nd link shows progressive pic and words.

Double check with Eibachdirect in Sydney before you order. Last time I checked pricing was the same (~ 3 months ago) as you could get landed here. Unfortunately he didn't have stock so I ordered from Europe anyway. But worth a check. I know they have Pro series available for Mk3 vRS cos I've been looking.
Also beware the photos. Most of the sites use a "stock" photo of a generic set of springs. Eibach.com.au has the catalogue which contains details and datasheets/TUV approvals. ps. Dont forget to change display language to english !

Well got confirmation from both Eibach Australia and the European supplier I'm looking at that Eibach Springs E10-79-004-04-22 are linear.
This data sheet also confirms they're linear.

So I don't understand all of those UK websites saying they're progressive?
Anyway, linear is good right?
