Yeh it was unfortunately.... or fortunately... depending on how I look at it.
I'm going to be stuck paying the excess to get the vandalism repaired, and the rear guard with the issue in this thread is also damaged from the vandal, so it's kind of a moot point now, as I'll probably just adjust the offending screw myself then get it repainted.

I'd get the screw issue checked out by the dealer anyway and to check the other side doesn't have the issue.
