hi guys im new to the forums, As of today im a new owner of a MY11 Skoda octavia rs wagon. Now im wondering do i need to call up skoda to change the warrenty into my name or it doesnt matter?

Wouldnt hurt would it There is a change of owner page in the service manual of VW's so may also be one in the Skoda one.

When I bought my used Octavia, I called Skoda Customer Care on 1800 607 540. They got my details and emailed me an Owner Amendment Form which I completed and emailed back. I got a package from them yesterday (~6 weeks later) containing the information about Skoda roadside assist.

Yep - same for me - road side assist package arrived a month later
